    BOOK A SESSION

    (480) 818-3882

Healing does not occur by treating the body, mind and spirit as seperate things.  When a person truly heals, they heal the complete being that he/she is, body, mind and spirit.

    WHAT WE DO

This equine facilitated growth and development work is suitable for individuals of all ages. Carefully structured interactive exercises are designed to create bonding, promote team building, develop trust and communication as well as personal insights.  The Two Hearts process promotes working with the horses as a way to mirror our personal and interpersonal relationships.

    Session Overview

Your life has a unique road map, a purpose all its own, distinct and matchless to anyone else. Each individual is different and requires a customized program to address their specific needs.  Participants may expect to experience the horse as a metaphor and learning tool for life which include some or all of the following elements:

    • Increased skills for managing stress

    • Increased satisfaction in relationships

    • Communication effectiveness

    • Resolutions to specific problems

    • Creating healthy boundaries

    • Greater personal awareness and insight

    • Reduction in feelings of distress

    • Crisis survival strategies

    • Improving self-confidence and self-respect

    * PLAY: Play is a valuable but often overlooked part of the healing process.  Whether working with a child, a family group or a group of coworkers, we incorporate "play" as an important vehicle for people to know and accept themselves and others.

    * GROUPS: This is a form of equine guided education that provides an opportunity to practice companionate  communication, create bonding, promote team building, develop personal insights, and explore group dynamics. Groups are given time toward the end of their session to discuss, debrief, and ask questions about what they are learning.
