WHO WE HELP
Anyone dealing with intense grief suffers emotionally. Physical fatigue, sadness and unexpressed anger are all symptoms of the grieving process.
The human-equine bond fosters healing for those suffering bereavement. There are many traditional therapies designed to guide people through the grieving process. Unfortunately, traditional therapies do not always work for everyone.
Working with horses can be the tool that effectively helps with grieving when traditional therapies fail. This approach is especially effective with children and teens because they experience relief without it feeling like "therapy".
